Maddox was born on September 27, 2007. On that day our world was brighter thanks to her. With an out going and fun loving personality her memory will forever be imprinted upon our hearts and the hearts of our family and friends who knew her. Her life here with us was too short and we will sorely miss her. Rest in peace sweet angel, we love you and miss you very much. 2/14/08

"Roamie"

Roamie's story:

We started looking for a boxer in the typical fashion, through the ads in the paper and pet stores. As our efforts to find that quality, well bred dog came to a hard realization we were directed to Annette Clark ot Ensign Boxers by one of Tiffanie's business clients. Though she did not have any thing for us at the time she gave us some good advice and information on what to look for in finding a nice boxer. We found a litter with a darling little semi flashy fawn girl that stood out among the others. Needless to say this set the beginning of our love for this great breed. Roamie was that fawn puppy that came home with us after she turned 8 weeks old. Annette  kept us posted on up coming club meetings and the local shows and we joined the club. Roamie went from being just a pet to Tiff's first show dog.

Tiffanie was determined to do all her own handling and at times was not so coordinated and to say the least clueless as to what she was doing. Roamie was a trooper and hoped mom would get it soon. Roamie was so patient with Tiffanie and the two learned the ropes together. Although Roamie only acquired one point in her limited show carrier, but not just any point, she was awarded the ABC plaque at our Boxer Club specialty and took Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex! Tiff had no clue what she had won but heard the members clapping loudly out side the ring!

In May of 2002 Roamie had her first litter with the beautiful and stunning CH. Bentbrooks Time To Ascend aka Harley. They had seven beautiful puppies, three fawn girls, two white girls and two fawn boys. We found spectacular companion homes for five of the pups and the other two went on to the show ring. One flashy fawn boy now known as Evolution's Messenger of Morpheus who resides here with us, and one flashy fawn girl Ch. Duba-Dae's Diamond Evolution who is now owned and loved by Lynn and Janean Jansson of Duba-Dae Boxers.

Only six months later we found a mass tumor on Roamie's throat, after a byopsy confirmed it to be Lymphoma cancer. We looked at all options to save her but it was too late. It only took two weeks for the cancer to spread over her whole body and she passed away beside us in the night on St.Patrick's Day 2003 just before her fourth Birthday. We have never been the same since this loss and struggle every day knowing that many others like her are taken way to young by such a horrible disease. We feel our baby girl was taken from us way to soon! We will never forget all the wonderful things and people that Roamie has brought into our lives and she will live on forever in her kids and grand kids. Rest in peace our little angel. We love you.
